Here’s how e-Bill works.
To sign up and log on to e-Bill, you’ll need your Tampa Electric account number and meter number from your most recent statement. After that, all you need is to follow the simple instructions on your screen to view and pay your bill.
Once you’re signed up, you’ll be sent a welcome email and your bills are immediately available for viewing online.
Each month, you will be sent an email notifying you when your new bill is ready to be viewed. Click on the link to log in and review your bill.
You can pay using your checking or savings account and eliminate any convenience fees. Schedule your payments or sign up for automatic bank draft and never pay a bill late again!
You can also mail us your payment, pay at a payment agent, use a credit card or check online or by phone for a fee, or you can set up payments using your bank’s online payment system. Just click on the link below for more information. Maybe you’ll discover a new method you’d like to try.
