To report a power outage, you’ll need to contact our outage reporting system by calling toll-free 1-877-588-1010 or texting OUT to 35069. You can also report an outage online at tampaelectric.com/outages. To fully utilize our automated phone line, you’ll need to update your primary and alternate phone numbers.
