So what’s in it for you, specifically? An hourly rate of $16.30 (plus $1 more per hour if you’re bilingual). Paid training to get you up to speed. One of the best benefits packages around. It’s great if you have call center experience and important to be able to handle challenging customer calls with courtesy and respect (you might be a TECO customer yourself – many of us are – so it’s easy to put yourself in our customers’ shoes!) and a valid high school diploma or equivalent/ GED is required.
